Terry has been a licensed estate agent since 1976. Terry has been responsible for many innovative residential and commercial projects in Ballarat in that time.

His expansion into South-east Queensland has seen primarily a focus on commercial land with the Redcliffe Gardens project being a successful flagship.

Louise was born in Ballarat, Victoria and educated both there and in Geelong then Melbourne. In 1992 Louise was the youngest Real Estate Sub Agent in Victoria and Obtained her Full Estate agents Licence in October 1999.

Experience for some years in large scale Property Management with over 600 properties, owners and tenants to care for has given her a broad ranging skill set.

Louise works closely with her Dad she has been heavily involved at all stages of the development process. Louise’s love of property sees her being involved in everything from site selection and negotiation to design and color selections right down to marketing the properties as the development cycle progresses.

Peter has worked with the directors of The Covecrest Group in various ventures over a 10 year period with a vast experience spanning over 3 states.

Peter has been instrumental in the design of many magnificent award winning homes and also specialize in the design of spec, low cost housing, whole Estate and Suburb design.

Peter originates from South Australia and after several years in Ballarat, now resides permanently in Sunny Brisbane.

Jenny moved to Brisbane 2 years ago with her husband and two children to enjoy the lifestyle Queensland has to offer. She joined the team in April 2006 and has over 10 years experience in Accounts/Office Administration. Jenny has worked in a few different fields such as a large law firm in Melbourne, education and building and construction. Jenny is our bubbly team member who keeps the office shining!
